TEENNIS Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 30, 2026
TEENNIS helps parents, coaches and other tennis supporters record selected match statistics, prepare match reports and, with TEENNIS PRO, follow a player's progress over time. TEENNIS is provided under the PAXINTU brand by Luděk Kašparovský, a sole trader established in the Czech Republic ("we", "us" or "PAXINTU").
For questions about this policy or your personal data, contact support@paxintu.com.
1. Information we process
Depending on how you use TEENNIS, information may include:
- Account information: your email address, account identifier and authentication-related information if you register or sign in.
- Match information: player and opponent names you enter, scores, match dates, selected tennis statistics and related progress summaries.
- Subscription information: purchase history, subscription status and access entitlements needed to enable TEENNIS PRO.
- Service information: limited technical identifiers and operational information needed to provide, protect and maintain the app and related services.
- Support information: information you voluntarily send to us when requesting help.
We do not collect your payment card details. Payments are handled by the applicable app marketplace, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. FREE use, PRO history and PDF reports
TEENNIS FREE lets you enter match details and request a PDF report without creating a persistent match history in your TEENNIS account. Match information needed to generate a report is transmitted to the report-processing service; this is separate from saving a match in your account.
TEENNIS PRO lets a signed-in user save match information to cloud storage and use saved matches to produce progress comparisons and insights. Saved history remains associated with the user's account until it is deleted or otherwise removed in accordance with this policy.
When you request a PDF report, the names, scores, statistics and other report content needed for the document are processed by a third-party document-generation service. You may then choose to share the report through your device's sharing features. Information you share with others is handled according to the services and recipients you choose.
3. Why we use information
We use information to provide the features you request: recording match statistics, generating reports, maintaining PRO accounts and match history, displaying progress insights, checking subscription entitlements, supporting users, protecting the service, resolving technical problems and complying with applicable legal obligations.
Limited account and purchase-related information may also be used to understand the operation of app features and subscriptions, as described in the app's applicable privacy disclosures.
We do not sell personal data or use player names and match statistics for targeted advertising.
4. Information about junior players
TEENNIS may contain information about young tennis players when an adult chooses to record a junior match. The app is intended for use by parents, guardians, coaches and other responsible users, rather than for children to create their own accounts. By entering information about another person, including a child, you are responsible for having an appropriate basis or permission to provide and use that information.
Please avoid entering unnecessary or sensitive information about players. TEENNIS is designed around tennis match information, not medical records or health diagnoses.
5. Service providers
We use Google Firebase for app authentication, cloud data storage and backend operations; RevenueCat to manage subscription status and purchase entitlements; and PDFMonkey to generate requested PDF match reports. The applicable app marketplace, including Apple or Google, processes purchases and payments under its own policies.
These providers receive the information necessary for the respective service. Their processing and retention practices may differ according to the service, contract and applicable law. We do not intentionally provide match data to advertising networks.
6. International processing
We are established in the Czech Republic, but providers supporting TEENNIS may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers of personal data, we rely on the appropriate safeguards available for those services.
7. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect data processed through TEENNIS, including secure connections, authenticated access to account features and access controls for stored account data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep account information and saved PRO match records while needed to provide the service and for as long as the account remains active, subject to applicable law and legitimate operational requirements. FREE match information is not added to a persistent TEENNIS match history, but information submitted for PDF creation may be processed or temporarily retained by the document-generation service.
In-app account deletion: If you have a registered account, open the Account menu in TEENNIS, choose Delete Account and confirm. This starts an authenticated deletion process for your TEENNIS account, Firebase Authentication credentials, user profile and saved PRO match records. Account deletion cannot be undone. If the process reports a failure, you can retry or contact us for help.
Active subscriptions: Deleting your TEENNIS account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To prevent future renewals, cancel the subscription separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Other copies and requests: PDF reports that you have already downloaded or shared are not removed from your device or from recipients when you delete your account. App marketplace purchase records and information independently retained by service providers, including report-processing records and technical logs, may be subject to those providers' retention practices. If you cannot use the in-app deletion option or wish to make an additional data request, contact support@paxintu.com with the subject "TEENNIS data deletion request". We may need to verify account ownership before acting and may retain limited records where legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing and obtain a copy of certain data. In the European Economic Area, these rights may apply under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
To exercise your rights, email support@paxintu.com.
10. Legal basis for processing
Where the GDPR applies, we generally process account, match and subscription information because it is necessary to provide the TEENNIS features requested by the user or to perform our agreement with the user. We may also process limited information to comply with legal obligations or for legitimate interests, such as preventing misuse and maintaining service security and reliability. Where consent is required for a particular activity, we seek it as required by applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to TEENNIS, its service providers or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page with the effective date.
